Certificates on the Presence/Absence of a Criminal Record

In the consular section of the Embassy you can get a certificate of a criminal record in the territory of the Russian Federation or a Police Clearance Certificate.

This certificate is issued based on information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

 For this you should:

 1) Make an appointment on the website: http://abu-dhabi.kdmid.ru/

 2) Fill in an application (the form will be presented to you directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy)

 3) Submit the originals of Passports (For travel and Internal one for Russian Citizens) along with their copies.  A copy of the page of the Internal Passport with a registration information is required.  In the absence of registration information, it is necessary to provide the address of the last place of residence in Russia/on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The certificates are issued free of charge in English or Russian within two weeks.  You don't need to make an appointment to receive a certificate.
