Education in Russia

Dear candidates for studying in Russia!

Please be informed about the start of accepting applications for studying in Russia within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation in the 2023-2024 academic year! UAE citizens, stateless persons and Russian citizens permanently residing in the UAE are allowed to participate in the application process. Documents are accepted on the website https://education-in-russia.com until February 20, 2023.

To apply for studying in Russia please:

1) register on the portal education-in-russia.com

*currently, there may be technical problems when using Google (gmail) email addresses. You are kindly advised to use other mail services.

2) select universities you are interested in

3) attach copies of the required documents:

- signed application form (filled in on the web-site);

- an identity document;

- a document of education with an annex of the disciplines studied as well as academic performance, and in case of its absence - a document with information on the results of the last certification in the educational institution where the candidate is currently studying.

After receiving these documents, the Embassy of Russia in the UAE will hold a meeting of the commission to select the candidates eligible for the participation in the second stage of admission process to study in Russia (organized by Russian higher education institutions).
